Silvaner is the foremost grape in the region, and here is a pure mineral driven expression of it. This is a grape that takes on the character of it's growth, and this means we get a real crisp wine, with soft aromatics and a lick of saltiness. A decant, or maybe some time in the cellar will reap some serious rewards here. 
The Wein Goutte farm is an ecosystem in itself, here they grow grapes, of course, but also fruits, vegetables and herbs, this is a farm you really could live off.
