Wein Goutte! is the passion project of former chefs Emily Campeau and Christoph Müller, who swapped kitchens for vineyards after falling in love with natural wine. Now based in Franken, Germany, they farm 3.5 hectares organically in collaboration with the Haßold family at Weinhof am Nussbaum - a farm that’s been organic for over 30 years. With experience spanning top producers like Clemens Busch and Weninger, Emily and Christoph craft serious, expressive wines, yet never lose their sense of humour, which shines through in their playful labels. Their hands-on, low-intervention approach extends beyond the vines too: they also grow herbs, flowers and vegetables for their own table and their community, reflecting the same care and sustainability that define their wines.

1. Wein Goutte! Silvaner 'If Only, If Only' 2023
Silvaner is the main white grape in the region, and rewards those who work it well. This wine has a complexity that unravels over time, with dried citrus, curry leaf and a salty tang. Mouthwatering stuff.

2. Wein Goutte! 'What Time Is Too Late To Go To Bed?' 2023
It's never too late when you have this bottle to hand - an exciting white blend of Müller-Thurgau, Johanniter, Muscaris, Bacchus. This is bursting with tropical notes of lychee, soft peaches and white tea. The perfect companion for aromatic asian dishes.

3. Wein Goutte! Müller-Thurgau, Domina 'Newstalgia' 2023
'Newstalgia' represents the revival of a 'rotling' style, which fell out of fashion in Germany. Now in a new light Wein Goutte blends white and red grapes of Müller-Thurgau and Domina from their beautiful farm. In between a dark rosé or a light red - elegant, yet savoury with notes of candied red cherry, dried herbs and savoury undertones. Wein Goutte's wines love air, let it breathe and will be reward with more vibrant aromatics.

3. Wein Goutte! Domina, Regent 'Schlado' 2023
'Schlado' is a humorous German expression for those Thursdays that feel endless and brutal. This is a blend of two red 'Piwis' - Domina and Regent - and a small percentage of Pinot Gris. Think dusty black cherry, liquorice and woody spice lifted by herbaceous tones and rosemary hints. Elegant, herbaceous and fun.
