Jason Ligas comes from a family of winemakers, but not only did he learn from them, he spent time with Jacques Selosse in Champagne. He learnt care, and attention to detail which we now see in these wines from his solo project.

We have Syrah grown on the slopes of Mount Olympus from vines an average of 50 years old. This is a full bodied red, with a pleasing rusticity. Notes of plum, blackcurrant and tobacco are held together by a fresh acidity and touch of olive skin umami.

Xenios comes from the Greek concept of hospitality toward strangers, a fitting name for a French grape in Greece, that would be wonderful shared amongst friends and strangers.
