Moscato Nero is usually found in sweet wines, but here vinified dry. With an extended maceration in amphora, rather like an infusion of the skins, the floral character of the grape comes to the fore, with a nice tannic grip. Deeply aromatic, and a bouquet full of fresh berries and flowers.

A seriously unexpected and elegant gem Stick it in the fridge for half an hour, and watch it sing.
