The second release from the collaboration with winemaker Julien Albertus in Alsace. This second release of Toutes les Mêmes is a co-ferment of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Gewürztraminer. A little darker than the previous release this is bursting with crunchy red fruit, quince, dried herbs, bitters and rose.
