Rubice is the latest addition to the range: a stunning Falanghina from a very old vineyard between Montesarchio and Bonea. The soils here are of volcanic composition, rich in iron and minerals. As a result, the wine shows generous fruit, with tropical notes pineapple and honeysuckle. On the palate the riper tones are balanced by more bitter notes of toasted almond, followed by an electric vein of acidity.
