From Carlos Sanchéz previous project when working at Bodegas Eguiluz. The Cantarada De Los Mozos 2018 has had a beautiful development with some age in bottle. This is 100% whole bunch Garnacha and it is aged for 18 months in big old oak barrels. Showcasing velvety blackcurrant, red cherry with notes of cedar and tobacco. Wet leaves with a vanilla cherry undertones come to mind.
