An assemblage from different parcels and vintages, precisely 2020 and 2021. This Riesling was mainly vinified in white, although a small percentage, approximately 10%, is fermented on skins for two weeks for a more textural feel. Beautiful heady zesty citrus, flint and smoky tangerine peel. Great concentration and lively freshness.
