A one of a kind red. Panta Rhei is a quote by Greek philosopher Heraclite and translates as ‘everything flows’, hence, everything changes. This cuvée is  produced using different varieties each year, so that every vintage is unique and a limited edition on its own. 2020 is made with Malvasia Schierano and results in aromatic red with aromas ripe strawberry, wet earth, bruised blueberry, tea leaves and dried herbs. Nice grip on the palate.
