For epicureans of all shades, this collection of low and no alcohol ferments makes abstinence appealing to even the most dedicated drinker. These producers take care to use carefully sourced ingredients and take inspiration from ancient recipes and methods to create things you'll want to drink forever.

1. MURI Passing Clouds, Copenhagen, Denmark 0.4%
Muri's non alcoholic beverages combine beautifully sourced, often foraged ingredients with the art of fermentation. Different ferments, fruits, herbs or teas are blended together to create wonderfully complex drinks. Muri's first and most iconic label. Passing Clouds is a low alcohol alternative to sparkling wine. Hints of tropical and stone fruits on the nose. Playful on the palate with ripe pear flavours and floral notes

2. MURI Koji Rice Wine Series 1, Copenhagen, Denmark 0.4%
Part of a new series from MURI, this expression is designed to showcase the beautiful complexities of Koji fermentation. The Koji rice wine is infused with gently aromatic Mahleb and Kefir of Lavender, which is smoked in house over beechwood. The blend is an unfiltered still expression capturing the earthy, herbaceous complexities of the Koji rice. The palate is silky and luxurious with a gentle sweetness on the finish. This is highly gastronomical with enormous potential for food pairings.

3. Ama Brewery Bi Lemongrass, Basque, Spain 1.5%
Ama Brewery combines the Kombucha process with winemaking techniques. Using unique top tea and herbs varieties sourced in collaboration with Rare Tea Company, they create some of the most refined low alcohol drinks. Using Lemongrass sourced from Sri Lanka, this sparkling is light on it's feet. Combining fresh and aromatic notes in a whirl of Keffir Lime leaf, Galangal, Rose and Bergamot.

4. Ama Brewery Elusive Cuvées Vol 1 Houjicha, Basque, Spain 1.5%
Elusive Cuvées is a new limited series from Ama. This style is made with the unique Houjicha, a dark loose-leaf tea started life as a green tea grown in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, but has been carefully roasted to turn late-pick Sencha into an exquisite and unique Houjicha. This Ama is deeper with aromas of caramel, notes of toasted wheat, cocoa, chicory and smoked firewood.
