Uzume is a fabulous new collaboration with legendary French chef Anne-Sophie Pic - the world’s most decorated female chef, holding 12 Michelin stars in her restaurants across the globe.
A dry sparkling rosé, Uzume is fundamentally inspired by the joyously nostalgic combination of strawberries and cream. Strawberries are fermented in 3 different ways to accentuate their deliciousness. The blend is given its luxurious creaminess from a yoghurt whey. For complexity, the blend is refined with ice-clarified tomato water and intriguing notes of vanilla that was smoked gently over beechwood.
