To celebrate MURI's re-brand we have created a case of their core creations - offering a non-alcoholic drink for every occasion while highlighting the signature flavours, textures, and shapes that define the brand.

1. MURI Passing Clouds, Copenhagen, Denmark 0.4%
Muri's iconic creation - incorporating ingredients such as Gooseberry Wine, Quince Kefir, Jasmine Tea, Geranium & Woodruff Kvass. This sparkling white is refreshing and vibrant perfect as an aperitif or with more delicate dishes. 

2. MURI Sherbet Daydream, Copenhagen, Denmark 0.4%
Sherbet Daydream is a sparkling rosé combining generous red fruit notes with an herbaceous complexity. This creation includes Redcurrant Wine, Pickled Rhubarb, Douglas Fir, Juniper Berry Kefir. 

3. MURI Koji Rice Wine Series 1, Copenhagen, Denmark 0.4%
One of the most unique revelations from the range aiming to showcase the complexity and potential of Koji fermentations. Rice is fermented with Koji spores and blended with Lavender that has been smoked in house over beechwood, as well as the aromatic Mahleb. This is a white still drink that has a bit more roundness and off dry touch. Perfect with more exotic, aromatic dishes or will also pair effortlessly with desserts. 

4. MURI Yamilé, Copenhagen, Denmark 0.4%
Already a classic within the range, Yamilé combines that candied aromas of raspberries that have been carbonically fermented with smoky and spiced undertones. This is made with a complex blend of  Carbonic Raspberries, Gooseberry, Honey, Smoked Lacto-fermented Rhubarb, Goldenrod, Angelica Root and Pink Peppercorn Kefir - resulting a unique sparkling rosé creation. 

5. MURI Fade To Black, Copenhagen, Denmark 0.4%
Fade to Black is a deeper red sparkling expression made with fermented Redcurrant and Blackcurrant juice, Chamomile Kefir, Fig Leaf & Pine Kvass. The deeper fruit really comes through with aromas reminiscent of cassis matched by awakening resinous edge.
