1. Longarico Insolito 2019, Sicily 
A great value red from the North West coast of the island. Made with a blend of Syrah and 30% Nerello Mascalese, this is warming and soft with notes of dark plums, red cherry fruit, scrubbed herbs and rooibos tea.

2. Vins et Volailles Me Liberez Pas Je M'en Charge 2020, Gaillac, France
An interesting big blend of South West France varieties made by Jerôme Galaup in Gaillac, in collaboration with the Vins et Volailles team. This a blend of all the varieties grown on the estate including red a white varieties such as Brocol, Duras, Prunelard, Mauzac Vert and Muscadelle. This is full and spiced with dark and juicy blackcurrant fruit lifted by herbaceus tones and meaty finish. 

3. Emmanuel Haget Saumur, Clos Messemé Cabernet Franc 2020, Loire, France
A velvety fragrant Cabernet Franc from biodynamic estate in Saumur. This is soft with juicy warming fruit, think ripe red plums, red cherry lifted by green peppercorns and sandalwood spice. 

4. Vincent Ruiz Yseult Mon Amour Syrah 2021,  Rhône, France
A beautiful Syrah from the talented Vincent Ruiz who worked under the iconic Frank Balthazar in Cornas. Bright blueberry fruit and black plums, lend to beautiful violet notes and savoury undergrowth with a lift of crushed black pepper.

5. RIM Contraban 2021, Catalunya, Spain
A unique wine is tribute to the Contraban festival started by Jordi Esteve. This festival brings together natural wine producer from across the Spanish and French border, celebrating and showcasing the wine producing regions around the Pyrenees. In a similar way this cuvée blends 90% Spanish Garnacha with 10% of French Muscat. This sits in between a very dark rosé and light red and it will shines through if fully chilled! Notes of pomegranate and red cherry meet pink peppercorns and wood spice. 

6. Domaine de la Pinte Arbois, La Capitaine 2019, Jura, France 
A blend of Pinot Noir, Poulsard from the famous Jura region in Eastern France. 'La Capitaine' is one of Pinte's most iconic wines, balanced by this soft ethereal read fruit, hints of rose and earthy undertones. A nice grip and gastronomical spice shine through the palate.
