The hard to find and great to drink bottles from established winemakers in our portfolio, all combined into one MEGA-RARES case. Think Burgundy, think Rhône, think delicious.

1. Françoise Martinot Bistrøtage B14 Affinage Prolongé Pinot Noir, Champagne, France
A refined and Blanc de Noirs made by rising Champagne star Charles Dufour, from his mother's vineyards in Celles-sur-Ource. This Pinot Noir Champagne is made predominantly with fruit from the 2014 vintage and an additional older reserve wine. The extensive ageing is a must across the Bistrøtage range, in the aim of creating serious full flavour Champagnes that can accompany and lift a beautiful meal. Ripe stone fruit, dried orange and mazipan meet savoury herbs and brioche tones.

2. Domaine du Gringet Monsieur Gringet Gringet 2020, Savoie, France
Some of the last stock from the iconic former Belluard estate, still vinified by the late Dominique Belluard. This rare cuvée is made by the local alpine variety Gringet. This estate specialises in this unique grape owning half of the world's vineyard holdings of this variety. The 'Monsieur Gringet' is tribute to the work that has been done in these iconic vineyards and it is an assemblage of their best sites. Expect white pear skin, spiced lime and peppery stone fruit leading the way to savoury notes of sesame seeds, savoury herbs and waxy tones. Drinking well now but can be cellared for a long time.

3. Maison Gautheron Gevrey-Chambertin, Combes du Bas 2021, Burgundy, France
A complex Pinot Noir from an iconic Burgundy appellation and promising Burgundy producer. Structured and powerful this Pinot Noir is singing with intense blackcurrant fruit, earthy red cherry, Pot Pourri and cloves. This aged for one year in oak providing warmth and spice. Can be drunk now and enjoyed with food but a few years of ageing would certainly take this wine to the next level!

4. Maison Stephan Côte-Rôtie Coteaux du Tupin Serine 2018, Rhône, France
From a top producer in the Northern Rhône making wines full of character and power from the famous Côte-Rôtie appellation. It is not surprise this is one of the most desirable appellations for fine wine, the wines do indeed deliver and never disappoint. Although, the 'Tupin' cuvée is like no other Côte-Rotie you have ever tried. Made from a single parcel of old Serine, an old rare variety related to the classic Syrah grape. This makes some of the most concentrated and layered wines. This also sees and extensive ageing of 24 months in old barrel. A complex bouquet packed with ripe dark fruit, smoked meat and liquorice. Sappy and penetrating on the palate, offering sweet cassis, black cherry, boysenberry and a gamey overtone. Finishes impressively long and smoky, with a pronounced mineral score and grippy tannins. If you can resist a bit longer this will really blossom with a few more years in the cellar.
