Les Fontaines is an assemblage of Pinot Noir, a quarter of which is vinified as red whereas the remaing as Blanc de Noirs. The grapes used to produce the red wine to be blended are harvested around 2 weeks after the rest of the crop in order to obtain higher maturity and concentration. Evocative nose of red cherry, dried goji berries, liquorice and blossom notes. The fruit is bright, but yet concentrated and layered, with a lovely bite on the palate.
