Valo Imerlishvili makes wine in Kakheti from old vines. He eschews the typical Qvevri aging in favour of stainless steel to produce remarkably fresh and aromatic orange wines. This wine has a smokey depth with a vegetal core. The label is a designed by Valo, who is also an artist. Tiny production of this wine which is a real hidden gem.
