These Pinot Blanc grapes come from a small parcel at the top of Kaefferkopf Grand Cru, the site is facing north and vines grow in granitique soils. Soft white peach, gentle citrus zest and notes of white flowers come to mind. The palate is juicy and generous with a wonderful balance.
