Pinot Noir from a single plot, the FF13 is a rare wine, only recently released, and with some serious age under it's belt. Grapes are from the base vintage 2013. Then the wine spends a year on lees in barrel, followed by a whopping great élevage in bottle, being finally disgorged in April 2022. Zero dosage, zero sulfur.

A singular bottling, this shows remarkable freshness balanced with savoury undertones. A champagne full of sense of place, but also the work of winemaker who is a master of their craft. Think oatmeal, dried lemon peel, sage and toast. So much energy on show, this will work wonderfully with food.
