1. Meinklang 'Foam Vulkan' 2024, Somló, Hungary
From volcanic soils in Hungary comes this blend of  Harslevelü and Juhfark, which is dangerously drinkable. A proper fun Pet Nat that's all crisp pear, lemon and a touch of herbal freshness, with a backbone of pastry.

2. Monban 'Questo Non È' 2023, Veneto, Italy
Questo Non È Refers to the fact this wine is not a Sparkling wine. Indeed the Glera grapes for this were initially destined to be a Prosecco, but upon tasting them they decided the wine was actually great as it is, so this is a still Prosecco, if you will. Super fresh and crisp, loaded with notes of green apple and citrus.

3. Finca Venta de Don Quijote 'Artefact #2' 2024, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain
Our House White, perfect for every occasion. A zippy Verdejo that's fermented in stainless steel to retain the freshness and tropical fruits that typify this grape.

4. Meinklang 'Rosé' 2022,  Burgenland, Austria
Yoghurt and Strawberry compote, like those yoghurts you had growing up. Perfect in the sunshine, this blend of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch drinks exactly how you want a rosé, with no pretention.

5. Domaine des Moriers 'Beaujolais Villages' 2022, Beaujolais, France
This is an elegant and refined Beaujolais, with bright cherry and perfumed notes layered over a subtle earthiness. Vineyards farmed following organic and biodynamic principles, with old vines grown in sand and granite soils contributing to a complex and layered style. 

6. Finca Venta de Don Quijote 'Artefact #1' 2023, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain
For our House Red, things are smooth as can be, with this Tempranillo fermented in Stainless Steel. Plenty of darker fruits alongside the fresher notes of raspberry. A nice medium body and good acidity make this a go to red.
