A beautiful Cabernet Franc made with biodynamic grapes from Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame. Attractive ripe red plum and black cherry aromas blend in with hints of cedar and warm herbal tones. There is a lovely underlying ripple of menthol that gives a long finish.
