Dark styled, textural Mediterranean ros é. Native grape Mandilaria from old vines, bringing complexity and character. Crunchy fruit to the forefront, with notes of pomegranate, but a pleasing backbone of scrubbed herbs. Goes well with food, and ideal for some greek mezze, salads or grilled meats. So dark it could be a chilled red, but fresh enough to be a ros é.
