Les Binardes is an explosive and emblematic Côte-Rôtie. As is tradition in the area, a small percentage of Viognier is co-fermented with the Syrah. The wine offers lifted floral aromatics and bright red fruits, mingled with notes of liquorice and a decise mineral imprint on the finish.
