B.11 is a Blanc de Noirs of 100% Pinot Noir. Grapes are mainly from the 2011 harvest with the addition of reserve wines from 2010 and 2011. The long time on lees in bottle, allow for complexity and mark the transition towards a more gastronomic style of Champagne. This is extremely versatile offering plenty of energy matched with lovely ripe fruit. Roasted quince, candid bergamot and soft marzipan notes, lend to a warm brioche and liquorice notes on the finish.
