A unique characterful Merlot, infused with foraged wild herbs and flowers such as: Globe Thistles, Spruce Tips, Douglas Fir Tips, Hops and Elderflower. No spirit or sugar has been added, only wine and beautiful foraged ingredients. Notes of wild brambles, dark currants, lavender, clovers and sage. The fruit is elegant, yet generous and with a gentle grip on the finish.
