A lovely non-alcoholic alternative to a French aperitif or an Italian Amaro, using centuries-old macerating techniques, inspired ancient herbal remedies called ‘Oxymels’. It uses features ingredients such as Rosemary, Thyme, Gentian, Wormwood, Orange Zest, Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and Raw Honey.
Zesty, refreshing and bitter, can be served on its own on the rocks, with the dash of soda or even tonic. Wonderful with a twist of orange peel.
