The Moscatel untrained vines growing at 2400m, often growing up the local Peppercorn trees. After 30 days on the skins the wine is aged in glass demi johns where it develops a thin layer of flor yeast adding to the complexity and aromatics of the style. Unique aromas of apricot jam, jasmine tea, spiced apple and fresh honey lending to a glossy finish.
