B.19 is a Blanc de Noirs of 100% Pinot Noir. Grapes are mainly from the 2017. The long time on lees in bottle, allow for complexity and mark the transition towards a more gastronomic style of Champagne. Layered stone fruit notes blend in with dried citrus aromas, liquorice and warm pastry tones. A great tension between minerality and a savoury edge.
