1. Katla Queendom Pet Nat 2022, Rheinhessen, Germany
A blend of Dornfelder, Pinot Gris  and Riesling, resulting in an elegantly fruity sparkling red, filled with notes of lingonberries, cranberries and red cherries.

2. Domaine des Granits, Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie 'Les Noëlles' 2023, Loire, France
A zesty and juicy organic Muscadet from a restored old vineyard right at the heart of the appellation of Sévre et Maine. This is crisp, with lime zest notes, wet stones and coriander tones.

3. Geschickt Phenix 2022
The Phenix is one of the Domaine's staple wines, for which the blend changes every year. The base is 80% Pinot Gris blended with all the other white grape varieties grown in the estate. The long, yet gentle maceration provides the fiery colour, lending to aromas of candied red cherry, pink pepper and blossom notes. Easy, refreshing and fleshy.

4. Valdisole Gaia Malvasia de Candia 2021, Piedmont, Italy
This Malvasia orange sees a gentle skin maceration of 2 weeks. This ancient grape showcases perfumed notes of orange blossom, citrus peel and crushed pineapple.

5. Emmanuel Haget Clos Mésseme Cabernet Franc 2020, Loire, France
This small Domaine in the heart of Saumur-Puy-Notre Dame makes some of the most juicy and complex Cabernet Franc. The 2020 is packed with soft red fruit, fresh blackcurrants and crushed green pepper, lending on to a velvety palate.

6. Marco Tinessa Aglianico 2021, Campania, Italy
If you haven't tried Aglianico before this is certainly a must, the star red grape of Campania. It can take many forms but generally it creates concentrated robust wines with a real aromatic profile. Marco's Aglianico is carefully manipulated not to over extract and the wine is aged in a mixture of fibreglass and amphorae, in order to preserve the purity of the fruit flavours. Think fresh black forest fruits, tones of aniseed and wild herbs, in a concentrated yet vibrant and juicy palate.
