1. Phelan Farm Bottle Baby, California, USA 10% 
A beguiling coferment of apples and grapes, renders this lively and savoury bottle of fun. A blend of apples and grapes, with the grapes made up of Mondeuse, which really comes through with its savoury herbal characteristics, and a touch of balsamic.

2. Crossover Blendery Mount Ida, Hertfordshire, UK 6.1%
Golden ale is brewed and aged in neutral oak, then spends time chilling out on raspberries for a couple of months, before being blended back with more golden ale. This painstaking method brings boundless complexity. These beers are built to age, but are already drinking fantastically. 

3. Wein Goutte Apfel, Franken, Germany 7.0%
German Cider? Absolutely. Harvested staight after the grapes on the estate, this is a delightful sparkling cider, bursting with fresh green notes. A great refresher.
