Baby Vin Jaune, here the Savagnin spends a few years under flor, but not enough to qualify as a Vin Jaune, hence a Savagnin with the influence of the flor. This means a savoury umami Savagnin, with bracing acidity and a full mouthfeel. Some real intensity on show here, with a salinity and some orchard fruits to keep things in check.
