This is made by Julien Albertus, the same producer that makes the iconic 'Putes Feministes'. The cuvée 'Male Tears' is fresh and aromatic with a real herbal edge, showcasing aromas of crunchy white pear, lime zest, dried sage, flint and smoky dandelion. This batch is made with no skin contact and with the addition of Sylvaner giving the wine a more elegant mineral character.
